About Me
My Values
My background is in both engineering as well as art and design. In my work, I leverage both my logical and creative skills to create immersive digital experiences. A couple of years ago I made a sculpture out of ceramic puzzle pieces. For me, these pieces represent the intersection of my logical mind and my creative one, just as puzzles connect problem solving and creativity as well.
1.User-Centered
I place my users at the center of my work. I believe that the only way to build meaningful digital user experiences is to consider the needs and wants of my users above all else at every level of the design. This does not mean I don’t value the needs of the client, but my users come first.
2.Passionate
I am driven not only by my users, but also by the passion and excitement that I have for a product or experience I am designing or developing for. Quality products can only be built by teams that are not only bought in to the product and their goals, but are all in. I believe in having ownership and pride over my work.
3. Unafraid
No problem space is too large. No question is unanswerable. No challenge too big. I love to solve problems, and I believe in doing so with fearlessness. The only problem that you can’t solve are the ones where you don’t try. It can be scary or intimidating taking on a problem really complex or large, but that doesn’t mean you can’t.
